    How do I contact you?

Our store in Dehradun is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, so you can visit us there.     Where is the store located?

    The store is located at Dehradun [65, Pritam Road, Opp Old MDDA Office, Dalanwala, Dehradun] and is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. You are always welcome at our store to look at the entire Hathkargha collection.

    What is ‘My Account’?

    On the website, you can create your own account, which allows you to

    1. Add & Edit your personal information like name, email ID, contact details
    2. Change password
    3. Check your order history
    4. Create and add items to Wishlist

    Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Hathkargha?
    No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Hathkargha. But it is recommended that you register in order to avail offers and keep a history of your orders. Registered users will also get a notifications and previews of our new collection launch.

    How do I register?

    To register, you just need to click on the button ‘Register’ and create your account with your email ID and add a password.

    How do I reset my password?

    To reset your password, please click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the registered email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID (Please note that the link expires in 10 minutes)

    Why did I receive only a part of my order?

    The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

    • Your shipment may be done in 2 different parts and the other shipment would still be in transit
    • The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call or email from us informing you of the same. You can then go to the website and select a new item for your order.

    Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

    Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on info@hathkargha.in to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

    How to check the status of my order?

    You can visit the website www.Hathkargha.in and go to “My Orders” section under “My Account”. You will also receive email notifications with the status of your order.

    I placed an order twice. How do I cancel one order?

    In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately – on info@hathkargha.in mentioning the subject line as ‘Order cancellation’. We will look into the matter and cancel one of your orders. You will get the refund amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

    Can I pre-order a product which is sold out?

    Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders. You can click on “Notify When Available” tab and you will get an email once a similar piece is in stock. Also, keep checking the Instagram account for more information on new product launches.

    I am unable to place an order.

    We regret that you had to face this inconvenience. Here are some options: Try using a different browser or device if possible or write to us on info@Hathkargha.in or call/Whatsapp us on +917898814111 and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I would want to cancel my order. What do I do?

    You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, and you still want to cancel the order there would be a deduction of INR 200, as the charges for packing and shipping charges. For cancellations, you can write to us at info@Hathkargha.in with the subject mentioned as ‘Order cancellation’.

    Do you do deliver outside of India?

    Not yet. However we are working on including International Shipments soon.

    What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charges for delivery in India are INR 200 for orders below INR 5000. For orders more than INR 5000, delivery is free in India.

    What is the estimated delivery time?

    The delivery time varies on the basis of the destination city of delivery. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities. It may take up to 5 days for delivery in Tier II cities. For some cities in North India and J&K, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. At times, due to unforeseen reasons there may be some delay in shipment. We will appreciate your patience during these times and we will ensure to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

    How do I order for something on Hathkargha?

    On the website, go to the products link where you can browse through various items and select the item(s) of your choice. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ option to add the item(s) to your shopping bag. Click on the cart icon on the top of the page and select checkout. You can then proceed to payment options and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation on email as well as through SMS on the registered mobile number.

    How do I know once my order is confirmed?

    Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Hathkargha confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

    Do you take orders over the phone?

    We do not take orders over the phone. You will need to either visit our store in Dehradun or shop online on our website – www.Hathkargha.in. Our Instagram page [@Hathkargha] has a link to the website in the bio for your convenience.

    I have already placed my order; can I add more items to the same order?

    Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.

    How are the confirmed orders delivered to me?

    Once you confirm the order, the items are shipped through one of our trusted courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistics service providers and we screen them extensively before partnering with them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SM notification with details of the courier partner and the tracking number. We will also inform you the estimated date of delivery through email and SMS.

    What are the payment options?

    Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Netbanking, Credit Card and Debit Card.  All credit card and debit card payments on Hathkargha are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not have Cash on Delivery option for our products.

Refund and Exchange Policy

    What is the Return Policy?

    Hathkargha practices a simple and hassle-free Return Policy. You can raise a Return Request on the website through “My Orders” in “My Account” tab. Or you can write to us at info@Hathkargha.in and we will try to resolve the issue. Return is done only in case of a manufacturing defect, which is brought to light immediately on delivery along with a photograph. The product will need to be returned in the same condition, and your refund will be processed in 5-7 working days through the same source used during payment. No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the Return Request is not filled within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    When are Returns/Exchange not possible?

    In case of the below mentioned points, the returns or exchanges are not possible:

    1. The return request is initiated after more than 48 hours from the date of delivery
    2. Item(s) of the order are used or damaged
    3. Tags of the items were removed or damaged
    4. If the product has been customised on your request

    Do all sarees come with blouse piece?

    No, not all sarees come with blouse piece. If there is a blouse piece, it will be mentioned in the product description.

    How do I find a product on the website?

    We have made an elaborate structure of categories and subcategories on the Home Page to help you find what you are looking for. If you are unable to locate the item in the given filters, you can simply type the name in search bar and check the relevant results. You could also reach out to me on the phone number and email ID provided and we will be happy to help you find the product of your choice.
