Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hathkargha is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays, it takes 5-7 days (8-10 days during sale)  for your order to reach your door step.

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

1. Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5000.
3. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (only for the state of Maharashtra)
   
4. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (5-7 days during sale). Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@hathkargha.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Shipping charges for our international customers are INR 3000.
2. Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer.
3. Our delivery partner is DHL.
4. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days and delivered within 7-8 working days post dispatch. Unless fall finishing request is made by the customer through mail, in that case it might take longer depending the time it takes for finishing.
5. Delivery will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@hathkargha.in within 2 hours, of placing order.
